The interview was very relaxed. I interviewed first with the Assistant Head of School and a teacher. They went back and forth asking basic questions about previous experience. I received a call to come in for an interview with the Head of Schools a couple days after. She asked some of the same questions, and some with more detail. I didn't hear anything for about 2 weeks, then right before the PD weeks rolled around I received a call offering me the position.
