I applied online and was called in for an interview 2 days later. I walked unknowingly into a group interview and was the last of four people to be interviewed. Being a minor, I wasn't taken seriously throughout the whole interview and at one point two of the three interviewees we're having a side conversation while I was talking.

Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
