I applied online and 2 days later I got a call about an interview for the next day at 11. I show up at 10:50 and let them know that I'm there for an interview. This girl comes up to me and asks my name. She tells me to sit down and she goes and tells him I'm there. I sit down. They all go back to work because they were about to open. I was waiting for 45 minutes. So, I text my mom and tell her I'm still waiting. My mom asks me if I wanted to reschedule. So, I go up to the counter once the line got a little smaller to reschedule. The guy sees me and tells me to hold on. He comes out. We do the interview. It lasted like 2 minutes. He said he would review my application and call about a second interview. Overall, I feel like it was a waste of my time because the interview was really short and could have been done over the phone or he could've just came over and did it when I got there instead of continuing to socialize.

Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
