I submitted an application with two essay questions--one about personal background and another technical question. I was then called for an interview. There were two in-person interviews, with standard questions about experience, knowledge, and work-scenarios.

This is a standard interview process. In the first round, you are interviewed by middle management. Pretty typical interview questions related to experiences and interests. Second round is with the Inspector General. There are no case questions.
