The recruiting process was probably a 2-month process. I applied from my school portal and 2-3 weeks later got an Invite for Super Saturday(Their version of a Superday). There was no first-round interview or screening. They fly you out on Friday for dinner with all the other Interns and staff. The setting is very formal yet the people make you feel very comfortable. They make you stay in a fancy hotel! The next day you go to the office with the other interns and listen to a few presentations and breakout to your individual office for your individual interviews. There are 3 back to back and all behavioral. The questions are very conversational and they make you feel great. The offer comes 1-2 weeks after that weekend.
