It was a quick and straight forward interview with the CEO and the Sales Manager. After going through some key parts of my CV, and then discussed the role, the company and how my background fits.

It was quick and to the point. The manager was interested in my work attitude, and character more than experience in the field. It seemed like they were not too concerned about my resume. Instead, wanted to know more about my background, experiences (I drove a truck once, and played music - so they wanted to hear more about this)
