I applied online, in a week I received an email with a link on Calendly to schedule my first interview with HR. A week after this interview, I received another email with a link on Calendly to schedule an interview with a CSM. The only thing that I disliked was that when I asked a CSM about what she liked most about the company, she told me that it was her professional growth only.
