I completed one phone screening and two rounds of online interviews, with about two weeks between each stage. After that, I went onsite to the warehouse for an in-person interview. I felt like I did really well because they did not ask any technical questions and instead showed me around the warehouse and introduced me to upper management. Unfortunately, I never heard back from the team. I was completely ghosted even though I did nothing wrong, and then they reposted the job. It honestly felt like they wasted my time.
