Interview process was thorough, well structured, thoughtful. I appreciated all of the people that I met with had different focus areas - conversations didn’t feel repetitive. But rather intentional and well organized.

The interview process was disjointed and the stand/deliver exercise presentation was inconsistent with the information provided (despite asking for clarification on several points). So ultimately this was setup for failure. The energy of the panel was low and the leadership in some cases were downright rude.
