There were three interview stages, not including the initial recruiter screening. Each interview stage had clearly defined and distinct goals, allowing me to speak with people from various areas of the org and get a better understanding of the role responsibilities, team structure, etc. Technical questions were fair and straightforward. They clearly weren't designed to try and catch anyone out. There was plenty of room for open discussion about any topics, and the honesty/openness was very much appreciated. The recruiter was also very helpful at every stage, and was always on-hand without ever coming across as overly-intrusive. Overall, a very positive interview experience.
