I was contacted by a Checkout.com recruiter on LinkedIn. The interview process was very quick and consisted of a recruiter screen, a 1:1 interview with my (now) manager, a "task" that I completed and then presented to a larger team, and finally a 1:1 with the team VP. I was blown away by the quality of communication and genuine pre/post interview touch-points with my recruiter. I also experienced great friendliness from everyone that I met/interviewed with during the process, which made the entire experience very positive. I thought the overall interview process was quite normal in difficulty, however the "task" component did require ample research, preparation and passion.
