Recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn to schedule an initial Zoom interview. The interview went well -- I met every qualification for the position and seemed to be a good fit. After the interview, they sent me an online Raven's Assessment (IQ Test) to complete (which did not pertain to the position). l completed the assessment as requested. They did not provide the test results, but instead sent a generic email stating they would be e passing on my candidacy to pursue other candidates. Makes you wonder how many qualified candidates they overlook due to their irrelevant/outdated interview processes.
