After applying online, I received a request to do a phone interview within a few days. The phone interview was very brief and the questions were more or less just enough to gauge whether or not I would be a decent fit for the company. The interviewer was very nice and let me know I would be hearing from someone within the next one to two weeks.

It was exactly what you'd expect 2 rounds. You can google the questions. High rate of turnover. They expect you pass your licensing exams soon after hire. This was a stepping stone position.
