The interview process consisted of an initial recruiter screening followed by one or more technical and behavioral interviews with the hiring team. Discussions focused on my research background, analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with laboratory techniques and data analysis, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. I was also asked about past projects, handling deadlines, and communicating scientific findings. The process was professional, organized, and provided a clear overview of the role and team expectations.

Recruiter got back to me after 2 weeks of applying for phone screen, then a week and half later for a panel interview with hiring manager and supervisors. They each have an evaluation form so be ready to answer behavioral questions. Then a few days later I got a verbal offer from recruiter before I had my written offer.
