Entrevista
I prepared a strong presentation for the interview for a Research Scientist position which required a PhD degree to be told that I have excellent qualifications but I am overqualified and they won't be able to pay me the amount I asked for. If you employ under qualified people, you get cheap results. Good luck Charles River

The process was straightforward and professional. I first had a phone screening with HR to discuss my background, interest in the role, and basic qualifications. This was followed by a virtual panel interview with scientists and the hiring manager. Questions covered my research experience, technical skills relevant to the lab’s focus, and examples of troubleshooting experimental issues. They also asked about working in a team and adapting to shifting project priorities. The interviewers were friendly, gave clear information about the role, and seemed genuinely interested in my experience. Overall, it was an organized and respectful process with no unexpected or overly tricky questions.

Great experience, and was well coordinated. Included research presentation and multiple interviews with different department leads. Teams were friendly and shared their experiences openly. All in all, a great process.
