Screening is done by an contracted firm based in North Carolina. Had an initial phone screening and then interview at Wilmington site. Phone screen was OK but didn't seem relevant to the position. Target deadlines mentioned in phone interview were never met (returned phone calls, scheduled interviews, follow up). I had to do a lot of the follow up and it seemed that no updates were given until they hired the actual candidate.
