The phone interview was short, just typical questions about your background and whether or not you have an issue with animal testing. There was a tour of the lab with the manager before a panel interview. The interview was mostly questions about my background and how I felt about animal testing. I did get asked specific questions about my experience with creating tests and methods, as well as my experience with lab management systems. I also got asked quite a few questions about how well I handled changed and what I would do when certain changes pop up.
