I had a phone interview for 15 minutes. They asked me the basic questions. And then I had a face to face interview. The first half an hour how to complete some questions to identify your personality. not something difficult. it's not something right or wrong. the next hour I had an interview with a lead member. Again it was an easy interview. not something difficult. and the next 15 minutes was a tour inside the company.
