I applied through LinkedIn and the director gave the candidature to the manager. After a classic interview via phone, I never had any answer (positive or negative) from the manager. No words about skills development, leadership etc and I had to end the interview myself. HR were not involved in the hiring process at all (if I had to continue the interview it would have been only with Field personal).
