First step, phone interview, I was given 11:30 to 12 time, the HR calls and starts interview at 12, late by half hour, on top of it mentioned they can call anytime of that half hour. Second step, in person interview, I was scheduled at 11, when I reached already other candidate was waiting from 20 minutes in room to meet the HR. I was asked to fill out one form which had no relation to the position I was being interviewed for, except expected salary. My actual interview started at 11:45, again delayed by 45 minutes. The interview was easy with IT manager and HR in the room. At end of interview I was asked to send review email to HR and the person mentioned it will be used for selection process. I wrote nice email, but by that time I had already got feel this company has bad work environment. Got offer call today from HR and mentioned the management have decided to offer me less salary than what I had asked during my interviews. On top of it, I was told this will be 9 hours position with 1 hour break and I asked if I don't take that much large break, can I leave early, the request was denied. I decided to not accept the offer, didn't wanted to be prisoner.. I guess, as they are not IT company my expectations were higher for them..
