Questions were pretty standard for this type of a position. Interviews were spread out over roughly 4 weeks, but were very time consuming. The first round was three one hour long interviews via zoom. The second round was three additional one hour long interviews, also via Zoom. Many of the questions in each round were quite similar, or even identical to those asked by other interviewers. It was unclear if that was by design to try to identify untruthful answers, or if it was due to lack of communication and coordination among the panel. Overall the time consuming nature of the interviews was overly burdensome and unnecessary.
