2 rounds - HR & Program Manager, 1 day Process, had to give IQ test in first round and then F2F in 2nd round. IQ test question were easy to solve and some basic maths' question were also involved but easy in nature.

Written Question paper - Objective type - Just for formality, F2F round was like induction program. he wasn't interested in knowing my work experience but to explain what needs to be done. And that's it. you are in. No quality interview

Interview process is quite lengthy and very tough. Also candidates have to wait for long long hours for their turn. Also there is a few kind of speech tests which generally doesn't ask many companies. Also company offer different job description at the time of interview but actual job description is totally different from offer job description.

Entrevista
HR selection then face to face interview with the Program Manager handling the Project PAN India. It was conducted in presence of Vice-President of the company. Who also put up 2 questions.
