I had many one-on-one interviews via Microsoft teams due to the COVID pandemic. The first interview was with who would have been my direct supervisor and with each one it went up a supervisor level. Each person was super nice and easy to talk to. The interviews were not stiff and conversation flowed easily.

Everyone was so welcoming and nice. They are a reflection of what I expect the work environment will be like. An initial telephone screening. Easy scheduling process. Pleasant video interview. Completed the I9 and required paperwork. Easy and convenient communication.
