Straightforward! Asked about background and experience. The process was easy and interview relaxed and personable. The recruiter was very professional and informative. I was contacted based off of a previous application. I was contacted via email and 2 separate phone interviews were completed; one with the recruiter and the second with the Dean of the hiring location/university.
I first had an interview on MS Teams with the departmental head. I was then invited to an onsite interview. During the onsite interview, I was given a tour of the campus. The departmental leader that gave me the tour was very kind and welcoming.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The entire process was well organized, clearly explained, and handled with a high level of professionalism.
