I applied for a different position and they reached out to me to let me know that they were going to hire internally for the other position but they had this position that they thought I was qualified for. It was something I was interested in so I decided to pursue it. Had a phone interview with the HR recruiter. The next step was an assessment test that took approximately 45 minutes. The first part was behavioral work at the questions were you had a rank yourself and the second part was logic which was extremely difficult and I’m still trying to figure out why it was needed for the assessment. They told me I would’ve heard back after the assessment for an in person interview which I never received.
