I applied online. I was contacted via email to set up a phone interview with a recruiter. He liked me and I was put into contact with the woman who would do the in-person interview. She was very agreeable and seemed passionate about her job. Very relaxed atmosphere. I was asked about my experience working with children as well as why I wanted to work with a clinical population.
