Very long and in-depth interview process. Recruiter - Phone Screen- Interview with Manager- Half-Day Campus Visit (you will need to take time off from your current job to do this) which gives you a glimpse into what your possible future job might entail- Phone or Virtual Interviews with Director of Sales and VP- Group Interview with Leadership Team. About a 3-month long process (for me anyways, might differ on a case-by-case basis).

I went through a series of 7 interviews with various members of the district team and one on campus project. 6 of the 7 interviews were over the phone and 1 of the 7 I had to give a presentation on a digital product from Cengage. All the interviews were fairly straightforward and people were very easy to speak with. Be sure to follow up with each conversation you have and be confident in your answers.

For my interview process, I first submitted my resume online. Then, I had a short introduction interview over the phone to schedule the first real phone interview. After the phone interview, I completed two hours of shadowing at Cengage in Florence, Kentucky. Finally, I had a group interview and mock interview.
