I had 2 interviews via Zoom, first with recruiter from Madrid and second with two managers. The second interview was nice and relaxed, the team was friendly and put me at easy. But the recruiter in Madrid was clueless of what she was doing, asking for skills out of the scope of the role and gave me the wrong salary expectation: I pass by all the stages of the recruitment, including a case study challenge with the managers, and got offered the contract. The salary in the contract was way lower that what we the recruiter said on the call, so I declined. When questioned, she did not apologize or anything.

I applied online and got an email back about it the same day. They scheduled a interview with a recruiter that asked cultural fit questions, relaaaxed. Then I had a challenge round where I had to do a presentation of a code I had done. Very chill. It is very nerve racking but expectations are low, so as long as you are self aware, curious and do your research you'll be gucci. I believe they like comments like "I did this but maybe it would've been better to do that" or "for future projects I would like to add that". Explain your train of thought and be transparent about sources. Generally I'd say it's easier than other companies since they use PQL (Celonis' SQL) so they don't expect you to be very good with one week's worth of work. Interviewers are nice to talk to
