Not so good. The interviewer didn't showed interested. So the whole process is kind boring and fast. Probably I am not fit for this position and I received the rejection letter.
Phone screening with recruiter, if you pass that you move on to an interview with your potential boss. At this point they have a "challenge" that you'll work on and present again. Additional culture fit interviews with lateral colleagues may be presented.
