The interview process that I had with celonis was horrible and ridiculous. 1st interview with HR, classic 2nd interview with the hiring manager, classic and both sides were happy 3rd interview with one existing employee from the hiring team, where the funny thing started: => The guy dropped over an email (in a very informal) way half-day before the interview, asking if can reschedule the call, no problem, it happens, so we rescheduled. => during the interview, the guy asked really random questions (flash ideas pop up in his mind maybe) and always responded "OK" to my answers, which meant that he had no interests at all to hear anything from the candidate like me => After the interview, I magically received another email from the HR, asking me if can schedule a call with the person who I just interviewed with as A NEXT STEP. I obviously replied to that message saying that I have just done the interview with the same person, and wonder if nobody else was aware of it happening...??? => Then I have never heard back again from this company, no info if rejected or accepted or whatsoever.. great A total waste of time and a joke scenario, especially I had to be prepared for the calls while I was on holiday during the Xams period.

It started with a recruiter call, then hiring manager + engineer call, take home project using the Celonis software (2-step interview), and then the last was a final round with the hiring manager again.
