My interview experience was very positive and professional. The recruiter updated me regularly on the overall process and next steps and the process went through very quickly from first contact to final offer and signature (I think some 2-3 weeks).
I had an initial interview with the hiring manager, in which my motivation, background, skills and overall company fit were tested. Next, a cognitive test which consisted of a few games and was actually quite fun to do.
Following this a challenge in which I got access to the Celonis tool and academy. I found the shared trainings very helpful to prepare for the case study, which itself was slightly challenging given the short time period in which you need to familiarise yourself with the tool, conduct an analysis and prepare a structured presentation.
The presentation was then followed by a final 30min interview that focused mainly on my experiences and cultural fit, with no need to prepare anything.

There was an initial phone screen with the recruiter and the hiring manager, followed by a presentation prompt backed by their software where you had to basically sell their services to a client, followed by a presentation to an executive team who would simulate a client presentation scenario and grill you on why Celonis is valuable (backed by data and knowledge of their software)

The interview process was very structured, clearly communicated and very swift: from the first interview with recruitment to the final offer, it took only three weeks. Feedback was provided along the process in a prompt and useful way.
