Entrevista
Applied online (Cloud engineer working student position), got an HR interview request after a few days. HR was very friendly and encouraging, asked me about my resume, what I know about Celonis and my motives for applying.
Later got invited to an interview with the hiring manager and a member of the team. We talked more in-detailed about my experience. Was shown a piece of code and asked what it does, also other technical questions related to the position but there was no coding.

Entrevista
3 stages. 1st was HR, 2nd was hiring manager, 3rd was the boss of the department. First was quite typical, they just want to hear that you will be a student for at least another year and you have experience in the field. 2nd they ask role specific questions. 3rd was just a final check-in.
I have been interviewed by very kind and nice people. Each interview took around 1 hour and assessed my background knowledge well. HR training was also very nice. The structure of the interviews were thoroughly prepared and was presented to me in the beginning.

Entrevista
It was a very clear and short process. Job description was clear and they explained every step with details. I talked with HR first and then with my current manager.
