Panel of current employees conduct an interview (in-person or via zoom). The same questions are asked of each candidate for the specific opening so it can feel rather formulaic. There will be little probing so if you want to add more info to the committee, be sure to mention things you want them to know even if you sort of need to add on to a question. Final round you interview with the College President for tenure-track faculty positions.
