Process is easy just apply and they will call you, don't really care about previous work history. Just have a great attitude be upbeat and talkative. Don't like to hire introverted people because you need to be outgoing to be good in sales.

Quick, easy questions. Was told that he didn't read my resume, assuming he just wanted to see my face. The interview itself took about 10 minutes, and half of it was spent talking about how nice Toyota vehicles are.

Very easy going. Looking for someone who can work long hours. Highly energetic and motivated. They ask about previous experience and if willing to learn. No difficult questions were asked.
