There isn't a formal interview process. When you apply online you are entered into the talent pool. Depending on the time of year, you may be selected to go to a 4 hour paid orientation in which you fill out your application, get information about the job and systems you will be using and also completing your drug screen. Once that is over they will informed you that you will be contact if needed. For new people that have never worked there before, don't expect to work until the midst of a major catastrophe, unless you know someone inside.
