She asked a lot of scenario questions about planning and conflicts. It was about 30 min long. Pretty easy if you prepared for those type of questions, which I hadn't :(

I passed the 2 hours long assessment, and I was invited for an interview. I interviewed 3 days later. The interview lasted around 30 minutes (STAR interview questions, strengths and weaknesses, questions related to how I study/work in a team, etc.). I never heard back from them. What happened? I have no idea. I sent the standard "thank you" note. I followed up after a couple of weeks. No reply. Nothing. It is truly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional to leave candidates hanging and wondering for weeks and then “ghosting” them when they try to follow up. It takes hardly any time to get back to candidates who interviewed (copy and paste a simple rejection email), not bothering to do it is inexcusable. (yes, I checked my spam folder. Nothing). Bad experience. Big waste of time. Extremely frustrating, but I feel that I may have dodged a bullet if that’s how they treat their candidates.
