The first shortlist was performed by the HR and the second is performed by the CFO. It is a small setting, a family-based company with a long track through the group (be it good/bad). This company has a very opportunistic character in the industry and it seems that is not going to provide any comfort for its existence in the near future and for this role as well. It is a role for 20-25-year-olds to provide some basics and be there to create presentations. No skills are needed and there seems to be no progression or evolution in the role. There is high employee turnover as confirmed and the company is trying to hire someone that won t leave in a short time. It was evident that the interviewers do not read the CVs before the interviews and used a ridiculous amount of time to time ask one by one about the items on the CV. The interviewers are not 100% what they are looking for and are not in a rush for a hire. A classic Greek laid-back company with all its glory.
