I was contacted by a recruiter, had a great first phone call filled by a call with the hiring manager that also went very well. Next step was a presentation that went extremely well, lots of great feedback and conversation. After the presentation I was even given advice on follow up. Then I was completely ghosted….no response to numerous follow up e mails which I find very disrespectful especially after all of the effort and time I put in.
