Basic phone screening with a recruiter, followed by a video interview with one of the hiring managers. The hiring manager was very inattentive and kept looking at his surroundings or a different monitor and not very focused on the interview. It also did not help that when I asked questions about the company, he had a long-winded answer about it being a challenging company and that it is not for everyone. Hmmm. Glad I read the reviews and dodged a bullet.
