This was a year ago. My first round was with the founder himself. HR didn't set any expectations and said it would be a casual discussion. I drove for 1.5hrs to the location (WeWork), the founder asked me about my personal life and a bunch of questions about the domain which included pure business terms, (remember they were; n't technical at all) for about 15 minutes, and said, I can leave. That's it!
