The interview process was the job shadow, I hadn't talked to anyone before jumping right into the job shadow. I think it is a nice way to really get the person prepared for the job. Mostly I observed and was able to get into some cars. I think if there wasn't another person shadowing at the same time, it would have been better for individual evaluation.

I was asked about my schedule mostly, not so much about my resume.
They see if you're qualified based on your background, and then they ask you if you're interested, if you are they put you through 5 days of shadowing. If they see you're a good fit afterwards, they will offer you the job.

Entrevista
Interviews were shadow days, so I was able to show up to the dealerships as if I had the job and got first hand experience on what it is. The people I shadowed were all very welcoming and the company also compensated you for the shadow days as if you were employed with them.

Because the interviews are shadow days, there aren't many questions, but one that stood out to me was having some sort of open availability, as there's always work available.
