Applied online and got a fast response from the recruiter. Scheduled the HR screen for the next day. Recruiter asked standard questions but her general demeanor was very rude. She didn’t seem to understand the questions she was asking and couldn’t describe the current org structure, or provide basic info on the tech stack the company uses. Unskilled recruiters turn qualified applicants off. I declined the invitation to proceed in the interview process. Capsule seems disorganized with an under qualified HR team. Applicants beware.
