Pretty straightforward interview, i.e., background, experience, desires, etc. Partners are friendly and engaging. The interview allows for one to get to know the firm and evaluate whether or not you would want to work for them as well as if they want to hire you.

They sent me internal emails regarding all the job interviews they had done, including negative comments about the candidates. It was in bad taste even if it was on accident.
