Was set up with an interview through a staffing agency. I took the chally test then was asked to set up an in-person interview. The interview went great and the manager interviewing me for the position was awesome. The manager said that I would be a great fit for the position etc. I felt great about the interview then come to find out the next day that they did not want to move forward because they were concerned about my commitment to the company based on how long I had been searching for a job. I had recently graduated in May (5 months searching) but they said I started in January (I was in school and working then). Overall very confusing and clearly they did not want to state the actual reason in which they were not interested. Overall had a great interview experience with the manager but I was put off by the inconsistency.

Very smart and influential managers. They invest time in getting to know the candidates and it is not a quick process. Just as they invest time you should do the same. I met and spoke with 7 employees to ensure it was a right fit for me. I suggest everyone does the same.
