Challenging, but enjoyable with mutual understanding of both ups & downside of company's objectives & goals while aligning mine with theirs. Process was more of a conversation with a new soon to be close friend that made it interesting to both of us & ultimately got me hired. We ended up switching roles as I became the one who made the hiring decisions & interviewer referred applicants to me.
