Received call from recruiter and brief interview. They wanted to move me on to interview with supervisor and manager. Interview was about a hour long. 30min overview of company and position, next 30min were situational questions.

The interview process was quite long as all the candidates were together and then split into separate interviews. It was however clear and communicated well in advance so we knew what to expect.

Different stages. Clear and insightful At capital one they are very focused on company ethos and meeting with everyone thus we were required to meet everyone in the building the interact with everyone.
