They have the entire process down to a T, starting with the initial recruiter call to the online screening test (like a lighter version of the GRE/GMAT) to the actual scheduling.
On the day of the face-to-face, a bunch of us found ourselves in a coffee/break room at 8am, and then each of us were called to meet with the people that would be interviewing us. They were professional, very good and nice people.
I mangled my answers and didn't get the job.

I applied online for the position and was contacted by a recruiter. I was informed that the role I applied for may not exist anymore and was provided another generic job description to apply to. I completed the first case study and was provided positive feedback throughout. However, the interviewer, who would have been my peer, quickly failed me right after the case study. I found it very odd that this person was in control of the whole interview process. For such a large company, they seem to have a huge blind spot in their hiring process that allows for a lot of unchecked bias.
