Applied and within 24hrs I had received a call to schedule a phone interview for the same day. The first interview asked touched base on my resume, asked me to give an example of a time where I had to trouble shoot my computer, and lasted about an hour. On that phone interview I scheduled my second interview. The second interview was the next day and was also over the phone. The second interview was a short role-play as well as behavioral interview questions. That interview lasted about 30 minutes. They did not use HireVue, or any form of webcam interview. Within 24 hours I received a call offering me my verbal job offer. During this point they gave me about 4 schedule options for me to pick one. Within another 24 hours, I had my formal written job offer. I then had to go online and fill out and review some HR forms. After my position was offered, they then did the background/credit check. My start date was a little over a month after my offer date.
