Recorded video interview, followed by Skype interview, followed by on-site interview. Very behavioral, they are looking to see if you are a "CG fit." I was only asked 1 technical question and it was finance related. The questions were more or less the same with each interviewer, just worded differently, so it got a bit difficult towards the end because I felt as if I had talked about the same thing over and over again.
