Interviewer made it clear that we had to work towards a timescale so to keep answers brief and only to elaborate if told to do so. Interviewer told me on the call that I was successful and would receive my contract 48 hours later, maximum. Received nothing nor any follow up a week later, sent emails to interviewer and Capita HR but no response. Company clearly doesn't care about following up with you or keeping you informed or common courtesy. You’re just a number.

It was smooth, comprehensive and direct. It was scheduled on google meet by two employees from the company. I was invited of the interview on a given date and on that day, the interview was conducted successfully with no delays
